Gisele swiftly turned toward the source of the volce. As she saw the approaching person, her expression immediately darkened. 

Gordon’s expression also shifted slightly. While he had intended to use Gisele’s infidelity as leverage against her, the prospect of others finding out was a completely different matter. 

Worried about the situation escalating further, Gisele addressed the young man, “Thank you, but you can let him go. He’s my brother…” 

“Even if he’s your brother, he shouldn’t be treating you like this,” the man asserted firmly before turning to face her with a cheerful smile. “You must be Gisele, right? I’m Leonard Anderson, Mavis‘ classmate, and your senior. Feel free to call me Leo.” 

“Wait, what?” Gisele exclaimed, her surprise evident as she looked up at Leonard’s towering figure. 

At nearly six foot two inches tall, he loomed over her, but his youthful face contrasted with his imposing height, giving him a boyish appearance. 

But what surprised her even more was Leonard referring to himself as her senior.

With a wink, Leonard offered her a sweet smile and said, “I’ve got a feeling you’ll end up becoming one of Professor Lyons‘ students. You seem pretty talented and hardworking.” 

“Th–thank you,” Gisele stammered, her confidence bolstered by his words. 

Suddenly, the excited woman rushed over, panting as she looked at Gisele.

Meanwhile, Gordon reached out to grab Gisele’s hand, intending to force her to kneel and beg for mercy. 

However, before his hand could make contact, Leonard stepped in, firmly stating, “Let’s keep things civil. There’s no need to lay your hands on her.” 

“Hey! What’s your issue with me touching my sister? It’s none of your concern!” Gordon exclaimed, anger evident in his expression. 

Nonetheless, Leonard didn’t back down at all, standing quietly in place. 

Amidst this tense exchange, Zayla suddenly had an idea. Waving her hand, she called out, Gisele, come here. If you promise me one thing, I won’t tell Don about your affair.” 

Gisele glanced warily at Zayla, her body tense and unmoving. 

“Gisele! Why are you just standing there? Go over there right now!” Gordon wished he could obey Zayla’s command himself. 

Gisele’s lips tightened as she boldly stepped out from behind Leonard, positioning herself squarely in front of Zayla. She steadied herself, ready to face whatever was about to unfold..

Zayla waved her phone in Gisele’s face, her finger hovering over Dorian’s number as she threatened, “You better think carefully. Cheating on Don is no trivial matter! Or else, I’ll call him right this instant!”

As Zayla spoke, she pressed the dial button, shooting a provocative look at Gisele. 

Despite the tension in the air, Gisele couldn’t help but find the situation somewhat amusing. 

Zayla’s confident stance in confronting Dorian suggested she wasn’t naive; it seemed she was well aware that their relationship had come to an end. 

“Gisele, what are you still standing there for?” Gordon’s anger flared up. 

At that moment, Dorian’s cold and ruthless voice echoed through the phone, “Aunt Zayla.”
