"How are you feeling?" Feng Long asked while taking small steps towards her. 1

Piper'dragged herself to the end of the big bed and pulled the duvet to cover her lower body, out of reflex.

"How do you think I'm feeling?!" Seeing he didn't look like he would be pouncing on her anytime soon, Piper tried as much as possible to sound coherent and fearless, yet, her voice didn't give the best effect. She was scared.

"Don't be afraid, I won't hurt you."
