Chapter 210 Using Power To Oppress Others

The Manifestor level was above the ninth rank, and those who reached that level could become a grandmaster.

A presence even more powerful than a Manifestor existed back at the headquarters of the Chanaca Martial Arts Alliance, and Owen was confident Emrys would be overpowered.

This was a common strategy that the Four Guardians always employed–using power to oppress

others.
