Chapter 21: The Gifts

"You look perfect, Luna Ashira!”

I rolled my eyes at Ava and her high pitched voice. Not just because of that but also she called me Luna. She's my friend and I don't want her giving respect like to me.

"Just call me Ashira or Ash or Ashi but please! Drop the title." She laughed at me. Oh great! I didn't noticed that she's teasing me.

I'm on my blue classic chiffon dress and Au made it fit my body perfectly unlike when we tried it earlier. Her hands worked magic to the dress because of it's changeover.

"Where have you been anyway? You're not here when we picked the dress.”

"Ohh! Was it that bad how Au tried to make it 'guarded™ She laughed, eyeing the dress. Well, Au is our senior with old perceptive of the ceremony so thats probably why.

She's referring to Aurea's failed repair. It didn't ruin the dress but it also didn't cover anything aside from my stomach which she obviously was targeting to cloak my chest.

"God! You have such enormous boobs! It's not obvious with your loose shirts but now, Wow!" She exclaimed. I laughed from how her eyes widened as it fixed on my chest.

"You didn't answer my question, Ava. Where were you?" I chuckled when her hand went on my breasts and cupped it. "Stop it!" She laughed when I slapped her hands away from my boobs. She's groping it with a dropped jaw. Damn. I'm not proud with my front but haven't she seen a huge rack?

"I can't help it. It's just perfectly round and full. Damn! I envy those!" she poured and slammed her butt on a couch. "I was with Seth's parents yesterday and today. It seems rude to leave them when they're too excited to meet and bond with me." she smiled happily.

I wonder how that feels. I consider Eric's family as mine, truly, but I guess it's still different when it's your own blood. But how does it feel if it's your mate's?

I have no memories of who my family is. My mate's parents are dead. I can only wonder how Ava is feeling with those glistening eyes of hers.

"Do they treat you well?" I asked. I was struggling with fixing my own hair. Au offered to help but Ava came and I thought Au needed some rest. She's been busy all day fixing the dress, well, she's also getting old so I let her off. She promised to be present at my ceremony and I told her I'll expect her there. I only knew few from this pack aside from my own mate. Au, Nick, Seth, Ava and Titus. Ava stood up and attend on my hair, helping me fix the curls escaping the messy knot I made. "They are awesome! And funny. I've seen a lot of Seth's baby photos and he's so cute! My wolf adored his look as a pup!”

I smiled at the mirror when she looked at me as she easily finished my hair. Damn. How to do that? "You're so not ladylike, Ash. Don't dare fix your hair again.”

I rolled my eyes on her sheepish grin. I agree with her. That's the main reason I always let my hair fall straight. Im bad with this stuff.

"Where's Alpha Aiden? I haven't seen him around since I came here.”

I shrugged and finally get away from the mirror. "He's still at the pack building, I guess.”

She snorted and held both of my arms to have a proper look of me. "He's wasting his chance to see this beauty.”

I laughed when her hands cupped my breasts again. I just let her squeeze my rack since she seems too amazed with it.

"Whoa." a voice from the door turned our heads and it was Nick with my mate on his side.

"What the hell?" Aiden said with a low growl but I can sense it's not from anger. It's more of with desire.

His eyes are on Ava's hands in my chest and I immediately blushed when his eyes met with mine. Ava chuckled nervously as she quickly withdrew her hands and hid it behind her.

I didn't take my eyes off Aiden as we fought gazes. I missed him so much that it all rained on me now that I saw him. I felt hot all over with his deep drowning look and my heartbeat rapids on my ears.

The mate bond hasn't embrace me full to get used with this feelings. I had the urge to run and jump on Aiden, to wrap my hands around his neck and kiss him passionately because I feel like I'm hungry for him.

I realized that it's the heat which torturing me with the desire and lust. I groaned, trying to control myself before losing the edge of my sanity.

"Oopsie.” Ava whispered with her signature high pitch sound. She stepped away from me as Aiden started to walk closer to my spot.

He looked at Ava and she rapidly run-walk outside, Nick followed her as soon as she stepped out of the room. I heard the door shut silently and then I'm alone with the most intoxicating scent.

Ah! What an addicting smell.

"Was your friend touching what's mine?" he said as he stopped a feet away from me. His eyes trailed down on my neck and slowly reached my chest. Steadying his gaze there for a while before looking back at my eyes again.

"Uh, yes?"

He growled but it almost sounded like a moan. I snickered when I realized that he's jealous.

"Damn. Ava's a girl, in case you haven't notice.” I chuckled and stepped closer to him. No longer tolerating the killer distance we have.

He immediately snaked his hand my waist, his thumb touching below my breast. Ahh. Damn. Even his slightest touch feels so good.

"Whats mine is mine.” He said in a whisper, placing a kiss on my hair as he simply inhaled my scent. I did the same when my nose touched his hard chest.

"I'm yours." I looked at him after enjoying his exhilarating smell. He looked down at me and I saw his golden-brown eyes turning a shade darker. He's getting turned on again like I am.

"You look so beautiful.” he said and trailed his hand from my waist to my butt and gently squeeze on it. I yelped and giggled that made him smirk. "And you're mine."

He leaned his head down and gave me a deep kiss that I quickly responded. He groaned when I let his tongue slip in my lips, letting him deepen the kiss even more. I clutched my arm on his neck, just like how I imagined doing when I saw him. His hand squeezed my bottom harder and it's my turn to moan from the sensation it felt.

He break the kiss and looked me in the eyes as I stare at him with desire. That kiss was not long but I can feel my folds clenched as it soaked.

"Why'd you stop?" I whispered, slightly pouting and diverting my eyes on anything but his. He chuckled and gave me a peck on the lips.

"You have a pack to impress. I don't want to present you to them with ripped dress and aroused scent.” he whispered the last words on my ears before gently nibbling on it. I moaned and he groaned as he heard it. "Now, don't make me change my mind."

I giggled and pulled away from him. The ceremony is half an hour away and they can't see me like this. My cheeks are flushed like I'm high in fever and they'll definitely hear my heartbeat as it screams for Aiden.

That won't be a good impression so it's better to set aside my itching body from Aiden's touch and more.

"So why is Seth's mate groping this..." he watched his fingers trailed on the exposed skin of my chest and I saw how his eyes glow.

I gulped the lump on my throat so I can answer him. "She's--Ohhh."

He didn't let me finished my words and made me moan loud. His hands slipped on the fabric and found my nipples. He pinched it lightly with his two fingers and I tugged on his shoulder for support as the bones on my knees started to liquify.

"No one touches what's mine, Ashira." he whispered while giving my hardened bud another pinch before letting it go. A long moan came out of my throat. Mixed pleasure from his touch and dismay that he's letting it go.

He looked at me and I bit my lips before nodding slowly. The edge of his lips raised before hugging me close to his chest.

"Have you prepared your speech?” he asked. He sat on the couch with his hands on my back, just above my butt, making me sit with him.

I ended up on his lap and he buried his head on my neck, enjoying my scent. We only have minutes before the ceremony and here he is, taking his time.

"I did.”

"Hmm." he nibbled my collarbone. "I missed you today."

I smiled when the familiar warmth caresses my heart. It's unexpected to hear such words from Aiden and whenever he does, I feel so happy.

“Tell him I miss him more!"

I chuckled when I heard my wolf cheered inside my head. Aiden looked up at me and I shook my head with a grin.

"What is it?"

I bit on my lip but my smile won't fade away. Damn.

"My wolf says she misses you more." I leaned on his shoulder to hide my burning cheeks. He chuckled and tightened his hold on my waist. We stayed silent as we enjoy the fulfilling warmth with our position.

I blocked my emotions once worrying thoughts ruined my moment with him.

I plan on confessing to him tonight yet... I'm not sure of doing so right now.

Can he still hold me like this once he knew? Will he hate me? Or doubt me? Or what? What will be his reaction?

I stopped myself from sighing and just decided to pull away and looked at him, plastering a fake smile on my lips.

"We're gonna be late.” I whispered and his eyes softened like he doesn't want to go yet.

"They can wait. Let's stay like this for a while.”

I chuckled and pushed him so I can stood up.

"Nope. I don't want to give them a bad impression of me." I tugged on his hand and pulled him off the couch.

He snorted but let me pull him up anyway. "They'll still love you.”

"Come now. Let's go! Don't ruin my excitement.” I rolled my eyes at him that made him grin. Oh boy, I just wanted to go so I can stop myself pretending feelings I'm not really having.

When he took a step, finally moving his feet, I turned my back at him as my smile faded.

I have the rest of the evening to make up my mind. And hopefully, I'll have a clearer resolve.

I'm about to open the door when Aiden hugged me from behind, making me stop.

"I have a Christmas gift for you tonight.” he whispered. One of his arm encircled on my chest while the other is on my waist. My breathe hitched from his sudden gesture but I also love the feeling of him like this.

Damn. I love back hugs.

"Yeah? I didn't prepare one for you though.” it's true. I was occupied all day with thoughts and worries that I didn't think its necessary to have gift.

"Of course you have, silly."

My brows furrowed, not following the meaning behind his words. It's clear to me that I have no gifts for him.

"What? I don't-"

"My first gift is giving you a pack to love, Ashira. That will happen now. And the the second gift will happen later..."

His voice turned husky and low that I can't stop myself from closing my eyes.

"W-Which is?" I gulped when my voice croaked, feeling sudden excitement that I figured was coming from his emotions. Oh, damn. He's not just excited. He feels something more.

"I will take you tonight.” he kissed the lower part of my ear and my eyes popped open. He... Did he meant what I think it is?

Just before I could ask, he continued his words and answering my question, clearing my assumptions.

"I'll take you on my bed. I want you there open and ready for me because tonight, I fully accept you as my Luna. As my mate. As mine."

With that, my folds quiver as my imagination runs wild. Oh, God. He will fuck me tonight!
