It’s been a week since I have last seen him because of these Alpha duties I can’t even see him and those little monsters, but I have been wooing him this past week by giving him cards, flowers, chocolates and other those kind of things, I’m trying to court him as much as I can so, that his thick skull of a brain see that I’m very serious about him and this bond we have.

Adam has been constantly on my mind, twenty four even a day. I can’t just sit and let him think that, I don’t want him because I do want him more than he can think and desire. I want to cherish him, love him, hold him so close to me that the air we breathe is us only, and no one else. And now I sound like a crazed person in love, or maybe I’m, who knows. But first thing first I want to see him otherwise I’m going to go crazy here, with that I walked out of my office and straight towards the front door but, of course I have to be stopped by my annoying brother of the century.

“What do you want?” I asked Ryan

“What no greetings, I’m deeply wounded?” said Ryan feigning hurt.

“that’s the intention” I mumbled “so are you doing to tell me why I have been stopped by your whining voice”

“Well I’m going to ignore the insult and ask, where are you going?” Ryan asked, standing in front of me.

“Well why should I tell you?” I said with a sweet smile on my face.

“I take it you are going to go and see Jamie, so tell me what’s been going on with you, like first you insult him rather ruthlessly, and then I found you on his feet groveling for his forgiveness, I wonder why is that” Ryan stopped his rant looked at me with raised eyebrow.

“firstly, I wasn’t groveling , secondly what I do with him is none of your concern and thirdly, I’m the Alpha and older brother to you so stay and mind your own bloody business” I said with my own raised eyebrow

“Well, aren’t you defensive and one would think he’s your mate or something “ Ryan counters back with a sweet smile.

“What if I say he is” I fired at him.

“well that’s interesting” Ryan said and turned to leave, not before adding “well in that case he’ll be cool brother than you definitely, and a piece of advice grovel your ass on his feet, cry your eyes out and make him accept you before he slips away” and he with that he left to his room.

That kid knows or he’s much more observant than anyone thinks he is but, all in all he is a pain in my ass. I turned to leave but, before I could open the door it opened and came in Owen and Roman they both greeted me and then with a heavy heart and my mind on my mate I reentered to my doom of that day.

“ok so you’re telling me that you have sighted rouges in the south of our territory, right” I asked

“yes, and they haven’t been a nuisance now but, you never know” Owen replied

“ok, exactly how many are together in a group or individual?” I asked again .

“well only two together not more than that, what I suggest is that, we should increase the parameters for time being to all the sides of the territory and not yet inform the packs, it can cause unnecessary stir, because they haven’t given any indication of harm yet , but we should just play safe” Roman suggested, Owen agreed with him.

“ok we will do that” I said and gave them my permission that Roman took his leave and Owen was still there watching me and obviously he had to say something.

“Spill already” I said

“Well how’s wooing the mate, going on” Owen asked obviously interested “and before you say something I heard lot of him from the pack”

“And what exactly did you hear?” I am now interested in what the packs view on him.

“well obviously good things and how the unmated she-wolfs envious of his mate that they have to bang that hot ass, not mine words, but, they are very loveable family and especially the kids are the hit among the pack” Owen said

“Well good to know, and they should be envious because I gotta hit that ass every night for the rest of my life” I said cockily.

I stood up from the chair Owen followed my suite and together we exited the house and we made our way towards my mate’s house.

“And where are we going?” Owen asked

“to make sure I got to bang his ass for the rest of my life” I said to him and the only reply was his booming laugh but, I’m a man on a mission, mission to have what’s mine.

After ten minutes we both were standing in front of his house and before I could even tell my hand to knock, a very eager of my best friend had already done that and , excitedly bouncing on his heels.

“What don’t look at me like that, I’m just excited” Owen said.

“That much I already figured,” I said to him.

As I completed my sentence, someone opened the door and it was not what I was hoping but, what can one do just be patient I said to myself.

“Jeremy, what are you doing here?” I said

“Well, just visiting Jamie,” Jeremy said.

“Well, are you taking your leave?” I asked as politely as I could.

“yeah, just now” with that he was out of the house and from our site.

“well that kid was scared of you” Owen said

“Whatever, let’s go inside” we entered the spotless house. All the things were well kept and , no one will ever judge that a kid lives here.

“Well sure your mate is a neat freak” Owen mumbled beside me and earned a warning growl.

“What are you doing here?” said the voice of my mate from behind me.

“well good to see you too, my love” I said turning around to face him “but, I have to say I was expecting different kind of greeting”

“what do you expect, me falling in your arms and declaring my profound love for you” my mate said

“Well it sounds entrancing, I don’t mind at all” I said to him, just to tease him.

“Keep on dreaming, and who’s your friend here” Jamie said motioning from his head because his hands are occupied holding Ethan.

“Well let me introduce myself, I’m Owen third in command and the best friend of the doofus of Alpha” and that made Jamie laugh and Ethan too I guess if only he understood what he said.

“Well nice to meet you Owen and this is my son Ethan” Jamie introduced Ethan to Owen but Ethan was looking at me and extended his hand to me to take him from his father, well someone likes me.

“Well I think he wants me, right Ethan baby” I said taking him from Jamie and intentionally touching my fingers on Jamie “yeah buddy you tell them you want me right” I said to him which made him smile and clap his little chubby hands.

“Well I have to go, duty calls” Owen said his bye to us and left us alone finally.

“He knows about us, doesn’t he?” That’s the first thing Jamie said to me after Owen left.

“yeah” I said “Are you mad?”

“no” Jamie simply replied, “so why are you here?”

“Well, can’t I come and see my mate and son?” I said still looking at Ethan who was playing with my ears more like pulling them.

“Son, you mean my son,” Jamie said with an edge in his voice.

“No, I mean our son, because you are my mate and this makes Ethan my son too, I want him to be my son too,” I said, standing up and laying Ethan in his cote and walking to stand directly in front of Jamie.

“Who exactly gave you the permission? , to call my son as yours” Jamie asked furiously.

“Well I don’t need anyone’s permission , because you both are mine to have, and I’m yours to have and that’s to make us a family, whether you like it or not” I said slightly raising my voice.

“Oh really , you were the one who said the supposed son of ours is a bastard child, what changed?” Jamie said loudly.

“I know what I said was wrong” I said “and what changed is this” with that I smashed my lips to his in full force directing all my hopes, anger and longing for him in this kiss, I tangled my hands in his hair and pulled them which caused him to gasp and provided him the opportunity to invade his mouth with my tongue, he resisted me but, after few seconds responded with same or even nor eagerness to kiss me I pulled him close to me, after few second we pulled apart for air but, I soon pulled him back for the another kiss, not having enough of him, his kisses and he responded with full eagerness.

That’s how I want to spent my afternoons with him and Ethan by or side maybe more little rascals playing around, but right now I’m enjoying what he’s giving me.
