Alpha Triplets Claim
Chapter 161

Chapter 161.

Seeing our distressed faces, Rex sighed,

“Look, I’m not saying that you’re entirely in the wrong here. As her mate, it’s natural for you to feel protective of her. But you need to trust her judgement as well. She’s not a child.”

“We know that,” Kayden muttered, running a hand through his hair in frustration.

“And about Aiden,” Rex started but was quickly cut off by Kayden.

“We don’t want to hear about that pup,” he growled.

Rex chuckled,

“Sure, be all macho and alpha. But if you really want Kiara to feel special, you need to respect her friendships, even if they’re with male wolves as much as I hate that piece of shit of an alpha as well, Kiara doesn’t. You don’t have to like it, but you do need to accept it. Or else, you’re just pushing her away.” Said Rex

He paused, giving us a stern look before continuing,

“And remember this grand gesture of yours, it shouldn’t be about revealing she’s your mate. Not yet. It should be about making her feel

special, showing her that you care for her.”

His words sunk in, leaving a resounding echo in the silence that ng echo in the silence that followed. He had a point. Maybe we had been too overbearing, too possessive. Maybe we had been focusing too much on what we felt, what we wanted, that we had failed to consider Kiara’s feelings.

As much as it hurt to admit it, we had messed up. But if there was anything I knew about my twin and I, it was that we weren’t quitters. We would rectify our mistakes. We would make it up to Kiara.

And so, with newfound determination, we decided to heed Rex’s advice. We would make a grand gesture, one that would show Kiara just how much she meant to us without revealing the biggest secret we had. We knew it wasn’t going to be easy, but for our mate, we would do anything even if it meant swallowing our pride and facing the wrath of a teenage woll

Once Rex left our office, leaving us with his insightful words and a good dose of mockery, a thoughtful silence spread across the room. Tim and Chris shared glances with one another, their concern and sympathy plain to see. Jayden and I sat pensively on either side of our shared desk, our minds whirling.

“Alright,” Kayden finally broke the silence, “We have to come up with a plan. Something big. Something that says ‘we’re sorry‘ and ‘we care about you.”

“Yes,” I agreed, “But we need to make sure it isn’t something too extravagant. We don’t want to overwhelm her and mess up what we have planned for her birthday.” I finished

There was a long pause as we all pondered, until Tim finally said,

“Well, we all know that Kiara loves nature and the outdoors. Maybe we can do something related to that.”

“That’s a good idea,” Chris chimed in, “She also loves adventures and challenges. Perhaps we could create a kind of scavenger hunt for her. With each clue leading to a place that holds a special memory or significance to your relationship with her.”

“A scavenger hunt… I like it,” Kayden mused, a faint smile tugging at his lips, “And at each spot, we can leave a small gift for her.” He said.

Huh! We were pretty good at this!

“And maybe write her a note with each gift,” I suggested, “Explaining why that place is important to us and apologizing for how we’ve been behaving.”

The room filled with renewed energy as we continued brainstorming. Our plan gradually took shape – a grand scavenger hunt across the castle that would take Kiara on a trip down memory lane, and hopefully, remind her of all the good times we shared and reassure her of our feelings for her.

When our plan was set, we split up to begin preparations. Kayden and I took it upon ourselves to select the locations and write the heartfelt notes, while Tim and Chris worked on the logistics and ensured that our little adventure wouldn’t be interrupted.

Finally, after a few hours of intensive planning and organization,

everything was ready. The only thing left was to present it to Kiara. The anticipation was nerve–wracking, but our resolve was unshakeable. We were willing to do whatever it took to make things right.

Rex had mentioned we could find her in the library, making our way. there with bathed breath, we prayed to the goddess that she wouldnt ignore us and walk away. Not like she ever did that before but there was a first time for everything. We approached Kiara. She looked surprised to see us, her beautiful brows furrowing as she took in our serious expressions.

“Kiara,” I began, my voice soft, “We want to apologize. We’ve been acting unfairly, and we realize that we’ve upset you.”

She crossed her arms over her chest, her guard up, but didn’t interrupt.

“We’ve come up with something,” Kayden continued, “Something to show you how much we care about you and how sorry we are. If you’re willing, we would like you to participate.”

We presented her with the first clue and held our breaths, waiting for her response. After a moment of silence, her lips curled into a small, hesitant smile. It wasn’t much, but it was a start, and it filled us with hope. Maybe, just maybe, we could fix this.

And with that, the scavenger hunt began. As she set off on her journey, Jayden and I shared a look. We had done all we could. Now, all we could do was wait and hope that our grand gesture would help mend the rift between us.
