I looked down at my sports bra that contained my growing melons and black shorts. Sometimes I wondered if having such big breasts was normal for a fifteen–year–old. “You sure you don’t want to keep a hoodie on? There are a lot of guys outside, and Kay…” He started but quickly shut up.

But it quickly faded when I heard them snarl; you could feel their pissed–off aura rolling out of them, which should’ve made me whimper and bear my neck like the rest, but it didn’t. Instead, it made me look up in their direction, and all I got were pissed–off faces looking down at me as if I’d done something wrong. What the hell? Even though they were pissed, their presence calmed down my racing heart as a female of at least eighteen stood before me, wearing a cocky smirk, sizing me up and down once the twin’s aura started to fade. I could still tell from the

The rules were simple, Gamma Chris and Beta Tim had explained. them to us yesterday. We had to use all the tactics in offence and defence we learned over the three years and pin down the opponent for ten seconds; the first one to do so would win. It seemed simple, but it wasn’t so; our opponents were people who had already passed the warrior scholarship and were training to be part of the royal army, not to mention they were above eighteen, meaning they had their wolves, which made them ten times more stronger. 

I heard the buzzer begin its count down from ten seconds. I took in a deep breath and stood in my attacking stance. My eyes went to the twins again. I thought I would get the same pissed expression, but instead. I got smiles as they mouthed, ‘we believe in you.‘ I swear I could’ve seen love shining in their eyes for me and not the baby sister kind but the actual kind, but that was probably my imagination making me see something I wanted. The buzzer went off. I broke our eye contact and charged forward toward the she–wolf as she did me.
