him.

She sat beside him, gazing at his handsome face. After a while, she picked up the blanket and gently covered him.

Then she got up, walked to the railing, faced the sea breeze, and looked out at the distant sea, her melancholy slowly fading. Bernard took her to enjoy beautiful scenery and experience the most wonderful times. After that, he sent her back to the villa.
