Chapter No 12 Something Fishy

“We should tell this to Jacob or Tyler or Ellis,” Lilly said panicked. Just then the door opened where she was standing.

“Remember we have to do it tonight,” said a man who had dark black hair while the other man’s back was towards Althea.

He had blond hair but Althea was unable to see his face. She noticed a small mole over his neck. She was hiding inside the girl’s bathroom, which was all empty. Her heart was racing fast. She knew if she stepped outside, she would be toast.

An hour has passed; she was standing in front of the mirror.

“What should we do Lilly? If we go outside they will kill us” she said afraid.

“Why don’t we mind-link Jacob?” Lilly said.

“If we do so, he will follow us here and I don’t want him to get into danger because of us,” she said while observing her reflection.

“How about Ellis, I am sure he must have a way to get us out” Lilly responds. Althea was about to say something when she heard a click. She went to the door. But after checking it up she found that the door was locked outside.

The blond man had left the club, with his face covered while the dark-haired man was standing in the hall and observing people.

“Where the bitch is gone, I am unable to find her,” he said, annoyed.

He was looking in every direction but Althea was nowhere to be found. His grip on the gun was a bit hard. She wanted to shoot at first sight, but she was nowhere to be found.

Jacob was talking to Gena, when Ellis came over, he was looking for Althea. “Hey Jacob, have you seen Althea?” He asked worriedly.

“No she was with you,” he said looking around. “No, she left for the restroom and now she is nowhere to be found,” he said. Jacob starts looking everywhere but she was nowhere. Now he was worried.

Tyler was so drunk, his new girlfriend was trying to get his attention but all he was looking at were Althea and Ellis. He was trying to avoid his rage which was unknown to him.

“Tyler darling, What happened?” She asked him when he was not paying attention. Then he saw Althea leaving.

He started looking away. Now he was drinking even more. He was angry at himself for paying attention to a rogue girl. His eyes were turning dangerously red. He ordered one more drink when he heard a scream.

He looked in the direction where the scream came from, it was some random girl who was screaming while looking at the man. “Rogue he is rogue, he had gun help,” she was screaming while running away from him when he grabbed her.

“I am not here to kill any territory wolf, all I want is that rogue bitch to be killed,” he said in a harsh voice.

“What rogue?” Said a girl.

“Let my friend go, I will give you whatever rogue you are talking about,” she said.

The man smirked. “The bitch with damn purple eyes,” he said.

Tyler felt the rush of blood in his veins.

“Where is that bitch or else this girl will be killed, I am not alone here, my other companions are here as well, we will get that bitch anyway,” he said smiling.

“Where is Althea?” Screamed Jacob. The man smirked.

“Looks like the bitch is not here, someone else has done his job,” he said. Jacob walked ahead to make a move. Gena screamed.

“Jacob no”

The man had pulled the gun towards him and was about to shoot when someone kicked him hard over his limb. The gun was dropped from his hand. It was Tyler. He ran towards him and grabbed his collar.

“Where is she?” He asked. There was something even Jacob and Ellis had never seen in his eyes before.

“I will ask once and for all, where is she?” He asked while grabbing his throat.

“Kill me go on, I will never reveal our plan to pathetic Alpha and bloodline like yours, That girl must be killed and she already has been killed by now,” he said like a crazy man.

Tyler had lost his control and lifted him while throwing him towards the wall full of bottles. The glass shattered. He walked towards him.

“Tell me where is she” he screamed so loud that every wolf in the club was frightened. He was using his Alpha command.

“What have you done to her?” screamed Ellis. He also grabbed him.

“Jacob, I am in a girl’s washroom, please don’t tell anyone but I heard people, I am in danger if I come out they will shoot me with wolfsbane” Jacob received a mind link from Althea.

“Oh Gosh, Althea you are okay? I am worried! We got the man who wanted to hurt you. I am coming to get you” he said through a mind link.

“Althea is fine, she is in the girl’s washroom,” said Jacob and went to the girl’s washroom. Ellis followed him. Tyler gives that man a punch over his face.

He wanted to see Althea but first, he had to take care of this man. He grabbed him by his collar and took him with him. He wanted to put him inside his cell.

He had been investigating the other two rogues for weeks but they were not opening up their mouths. He has been torturing them for weeks but not in vain, but today he had another clue about Althea’s case. He decided to get involved with his and her parents.

Jacob had opened the door. She was standing near the door. She quickly hugged him.

“Oh gosh Althea you are fine, he said they had kidnapped you,” he said. Ellis was also looking so worried.

“No I did not leave the bathroom after that, first I thought to tell you through a mind link, but I did not want to put you in danger, but then someone had locked the door from outside, I thought they were one of them,” she said afraid.

“No I don’t think so they were here to lock you up they simply wanted to kill you, whoever closed the door already knew that there was a plan to kill you, so they purposely closed the door, so that you cannot go outside automatically saving you,” Ellis said while taking a deep breath.

“How do you guess that?” Asked Gena. “Look at the door, it’s like someone had done a great job, it was double-locked,” he said while pointing at the door.

“We have to investigate and we have to ground Althea for a while, she will not go to school alone, she will not go outside after dark and I have to involve Uncle Jack now because it’s getting dangerous now,” said Jacob while crossing his arms.

Ruby gives her a very nasty stare. She was the one who used to tease Ruby for not Having children. “Don’t you dare to call my daughter a rogue,” said Ruby angrily.

She was heading to beat her. Jack had stopped her.

“Delta Kingsley asks your mate to be in order, I won’t bear my daughter’s insult,” said Jack while crossing his arms around his chest. James and Regina were also there and they were also giving a death stare to Silvia.

“I apologize for my mate’s words Jack, but the thing is they are after your daughter aren’t they? They want her and I am afraid she is not only who is in danger but the whole pack is” said Kingsley.

“What do you want to say?” Asked James while raising his one eyebrow.

“As we all have come to hear from the wolves who were already there in the club, the rogue was threatening a girl and asking for a rogue. I mean ``Your daughter″ ″ he said while looking inside Jack’s eyes and pushing pressure on the word “Your daughter”.

“Your daughter is the reason for the attack on the pack,” said Salvia. Jack had made a move but Peter stopped him in time.

Jack walked towards him and punched him in his face so hard that he fell on the floor.

Jacob and James stopped him from punching him further.

“She is my daughter Kingsley once and for all. If you dare to mess with my family, trust me you don’t know me then” he said while punching him one last time and he left the room with Ruby. Kingsley got up

“Why do you do things that lead you in dumb,” said James while looking at him from up to down.

“We will look into the matter after Tyler’s coronation until I want this topic to be closed,” said Peter, and he left the room while Tyler was staring at his father’s back.

“No wonder he hates rogues so much,” whispered Regina to James.

Ellis was waiting for her outside of her home, she came after a few minutes.

“Hey thanks for taking permission from my dad to take me out,” she said smiling. He smiled in return.

“Where are we going?” she asked. “I wanted to have dinner with you so it’s a surprise where I am taking you,” he said.

They got in the car.

After half an hour they reached their destination. It was a very beautiful restaurant. He got out of the car and opened the car’s door for her. She blushed. It looks like some date, but she knows it was not the date, it can’t be a date. She got out of the car.

“Wow, it’s beautiful,” she said innocently. “Not like you” he whispered. Her eyes widened. “He likes us,” said Lilly. Althea blush bright pink. Changing the topic she asked, “Where is Jacob?”

“He went on the date with Gena, it’s his birthday you know, and he will turn 18, I don’t know what would be the surprise,” he said smiling. Althea walked with him slowly into the restaurant.

He was looking at her secretly and she noticed. To avoid his gaze she started looking at the parking beside her. She was looking at the car meaningless when she noticed a familiar car. It was Tyler’s car.

“What is he doing here?” She thought.

“Maybe he came with one of the new flings,” she thought while rolling his eyes.

“You don’t like the place?” asked Ellis, making her startled. “No, I mean yes I like this place,” she said awkwardly.

“Then why were you rolling your eyes?” He asked, smiling.

“It’s nothing I, I “She was trying to make something up. They were walking continuously. Now they were on top of the balcony.

“I saw you rolling your eyes,” he said

He was about to kiss her when her eyes shifted from his eyes to his ear. She saw a lot of people eating. In the first row, she saw ‘him’. Staring at her. There was something in his eyes that made her afraid and cold through her spine. It was like his wolf was directly staring at her. She never had felt this much afraid,

She pushes Ellis a bit. “Ellis I, I am sorry,” she said in an afraid tone.

“No, I am sorry I should not do it,” he said embarrassed.

Althea looked at the place where Tyler was sitting now he was not there, but the girl who was sitting with him was still there, which means he did not leave. She took a deep breath “Why am I afraid of him?” she thought angrily.

They went to the next table where Tyler was sitting.

“So what do you want to eat?” he asked.

“I like pasta,” she said happily. He smiled and ordered.

After a few minutes, Tyler came back. “Hey Tyler is here too,” he said.

“Yeah, with his new fling,” she said, annoyed.

Ellis gives her a sigh.

“You and he never get along,” he said, smiling.

“Yeah, since childhood,” she said while pouring water in class.

“I can’t believe it,” he said.

“What?” She asked.

“When you went missing and the rogue said they took you he went mad, he beat the shit out of him, same thing Jacob and I would have done for you,” he said while looking in the direction.

“Yeah, he must have said that it’s me who wanted to bang with rogues, so I had gone with them willingly,” she shrugged.

She was looking calm but in reality, she was feeling annoyed. It looks like she was hurt by his words. Her voice was hurting.

“Excuse me,” she said, there were tears in her eyes. She went by passing Tyler, who had seen tears in her eyes and he was now concerned.

Althea came back after five minutes, but it was clear she cried.

“Have you cried?” Ellis asked.

“No it’s fine I was just a bit emotional,” she said.

“You felt his words?” He said. She nodded.

“Those words were harsh,” she said.

Unknown to her Tyler was able to hear her. He heard everything.

“Tyler, What are you thinking?” Said the girl next to him.

“Nothing, you order what you want,” he said expressionlessly. Althea’s phone ring

“It’s Jacob, I am sure it’s good news,” she said smiling.

She answered and her expressions changed; there were tears in her eyes “What?” She stood up from her chair,

Everyone turned towards her even Tyler got alert. She was crying, “No, this can’t be,” she said crying.
